Work Out For The Brain
A UCLA study has found that internet use increases brain activity. A group of people between 55 and 78 years of age were split with half using the internet daily the other half barely ever going online. The frequent users showed increased activity in the language, memory and vision centers of the brain. The benefit was found to be attainable after only one week of steady internet use.
