Eisenhower on Modern Art
Apparently, Nikita K. wasn't the only critic of modern art outraged by the 1959 exhibition, as you can see from the article below. Eisenhower and Harry Truman weighed in at times.But Eisenhower, like George W. Bush today, also painted as well, presumably showing us what he regarded as good art.

I’m a Thinner
This ad campaign came out in 1976, before Stephen King's 1984 novel Thinner. But even so, "I'm a Thinner" sounds creepy, like something from a horror novel.It also sounds a bit like they're saying "I'm a sinner" with a lisp. Maybe intentional?

Coty’s Body Paint
Introduced in 1967. The idea was literally to paint your arms and legs. Wouldn't seem very practical if you have to constantly worry about the paint rubbing off on things.
