App for Body Odor
Nivea has developed a smartphone app (called Nivea Men Nose) that will let men know if they have stinky body odor. The app also requires you use a special phone case that has sensors to detect body odor chemicals. To find out your B.O. level, you just hold the phone close to your armpit.I don't know why it's for men only. Perhaps male and female B.O. chemicals differ?
Also, seems to me that the people who worry enough about having B.O. to use this wouldn't be the people with really bad B.O. anyway.

But what the hell is "humectin?"
From Wikipedia: "A humectant is a hygroscopic substance used to keep things moist; it is the opposite of a desiccant."
So "humectin" is just some common moisturizing element.
Whatever it is, it's certainly gone upscale in the 21st century. $70.00 per bottle!!!

Womb Detox Balls
So, there is a company selling herb balls that are meant to be inserted in the vagina to detox the womb. Medical professionals are, of course, advising strongly against using the product, siting infections and toxic shock syndrome amongst other problems. One doctor described the uterus like a self cleaning oven and said the herbs in the product have not been tested for use in the vagina. Ladies, really, stop sticking weird stuff up your hoo hah its contraindicated.
