Yousta wuz we could start off no-handed, carry the groceries home, stop and get off and never touch the handlebars so this hand wavin' @#$@#$@ ain't'a cuttin' it.
Not to mention needing to ride our bikes 5miles to and from school (shcool?) each day in 3ft of snow and ice, uphill in both directions!

I was never coordinated enough to ride with no hands. In fact I had to be very careful one handed.
