My grandmother had a slug of old mags from the '40's and '50's with pictures like that. I always thought that was what journalism was about, the unvarnished truth about life. You think movies are overloaded with "violence"? Real life is even worse.

A sad but true statement. Seems we are backtracking on racism, religion, violence, and tolerance in general these days. The "Star Trek" society is still millennium away from mankind.

I am surprised that pictures of actual murder victims are made available publicly.
