The family of that beheaded Canadian bus passenger is suing, er, Greyhound, of course
They're suing the actual lunatic-murderer, too, but that guy's income-producing prospects are dim, and they might as well go Greyhound for the big bucks (which, of course, it's not about, according to the lawyer). I guess it's Greyhound's fault that there are no armed bus marshals.

Sorry, Wayne... This smells of ambulance chasing to me and a legal system (I refuse to refer to it as the "judicial" system any more) gone mad.

As a lawyer, I hate to see this kind of story. I agree with Wayne about the family's likely motive, but the lawyers make it worse. They give the 5 of us who aren't ambulance chasers a bad name!
