Call me crazy, but what do you expect when there are so few inspectors? Instead of stimulus packages the government should be hiring the newly jobless people for jobs such as food plant inspectors, welfare inspectors, etc.

My future son-in-law is a meat cutter and after having to once patch him up myself and once pick him up at the ER I can also vouch for the validity of the deli.

As I was leaving the café to catch a cab to the ER I said, just loud for the other cooks to hear, "Don't let any vegetarians order the cole slaw." Unfortunately a customer overheard and we had to toss the whole batch.
