I waited and waited for Sandy to sing this brand's jingle... she never did.

Why wasn't it just all blended together and labelled "Sack O' Meat"?

Plastic, cooked right in the can with the food... Blerg! I'll bet that just tasted so yummy and natural!

I have had some ugly jobs, but being a taste tester for Oscar Mayer looks to be brutal.

KDP- "Why wasn't it just all blended together and labelled "Sack O' Meat"?"

Because then the meat and sauce would lose their distinctive flavors!

The motto should have been: "Hungry? We can fix THAT!"

"Plastic, cooked right in the can with the food..."

Virtually every food can is coated on the inside with either epoxy, vinyl, polyester, or acrlic (plastics). That includes soda and energy drink cans.

There are only a few exceptions, like the cans used for pineapple.

I don't think the little baggie inside would have changed the taste of the food; but keeping the sauce separate might have improved it.
