Glorify Yourself
According to Hollywood "figure experts" back in 1939, this one exercise would have any woman looking like a starlet in no time:
"Sit or stand erect with arms up — elbows bent, hands in front of you at chest level with fingertips touching. Now, without putting any strain on muscles of the arms, lightly press fingertips together. When you are doing this correctly, you can see the pectoral muscles expand with pressure of fingertips against fingertips. Do the exercise 40 times a minute for two minutes every day. At the end of two months, according to Mr. Davies, you no longer will be flat-chested." [Pittsburgh Press - Apr 6, 1939]

I wouldn't exactly call her a movie star; her roles were generally one step above being a prop.
Her brilliance was in providing the voice for iconic cartoon characters -- PP, Judy Jetson, Mrs. Slaghoople, and many others. She really gave the characters life!
As such, her ... development, shall we say, depended more on the twirl of the artist's brush rather than any exercises she did.

@KDP. She wasn't joking. The version I heard growing up (I had 3 sisters!)was "We must, we must, we must build up our bust!"

I think she would be better of practicing doing other things with her hands near her mouth if she really wants a man.
