Half a Coke and Smile—Share Your Can

The good news -- you can share your Coke can.

The bad news? These were only available in Singapore for a limited time.

The worst news? I want one, but don't know why.

Marketing gimmick.... Annual income is in the $7,500 range and an 11oz can of pop can cost up to $2 so.....

Well, six oz cans have been around for years. (Seen them in hospitals, cafeterias, and grocery stores stateside.)
This looks like they've added a flange for nesting, so they can dispense them as pairs in regular drink machines.
If the size proves popular over there, they'll probably make machines that can dispense that size can.

If memory serves the rail machines in the US should accept the 11oz cans as they are only slightly smaller in diameter than the 12oz cans. But, down in Flo-Ridda I can't remember when I've seen a can machine. Most of them have gone into 20oz bottles.

Buy two of those short cans and duck tape them together. Better yet, buy two full size cans and duck tape them. If you have a spouse and a small child, tape up two full size cans and one short one.
