What exactly does the caption "gave a loaded gunshot to his friend" mean? Shouldn't that be a loaded gun?

Anyhow, digging deeper:
(a) The dude is under arrest because his friend shot himself. Any of you sucker pull the trigger on yourselves I've never heard of ya, ok?
(b) The dude that shot himself MISSED THE TARGET WITH A SHOTGUN!
(c) Sounds like we should be giving dude A a shotgun and urging him to use it before he breeds was serving the greater good.
