A toy that was decades ahead of its time.
The U.S. Army is presently developing firearms that perform some of the functions of this toy in a single package. Firing usual munitions is one function but one impressive feature is similar to the "Bunker Buster" on this toy. A "smart" round munition that can be fired into a room through a window and will explode in the center of the space, raining shrapnel in all directions to kill all enemies in that room.

I think its a cool toy! I got my nephew a nerf tommy gun a few years ago because I wanted to try it out.

Fun toy back in the day. Took a long time to find and pick up the bullets when playing outside. Always had the advantage when playing war.
