Ok this is what happend- she didn't care because she wanted to sell the house and the dude didn't touch her. But she started makinf a joke of it back at the office and a co-worked pressured her into filing the cpmplaint with law enforcement. I think, No I believe that if she was offended she would have stopped him as he unzipped. She would have found away to separate herself from this individual and contact the authorities.(I guess the House didn't have a bathroom where she could excuse herself and make the call)

I agree with avmayes, she could have stopped the tour if she wanted to. In this guy's defense, buying a house is possible the biggest decision a person will make in their lifetime. He just needed to be sure that he is comfortable loving himself in his new house. I would hate to buy a house only to find out later it isn't suitable for self-lovin'.

There is no way she was upset by what he did. She could have walked/ran out immediately. And after having bought 2 houses in 3 years I have never once met a realtor without a cellphone.

Matt Great Point! But In that case a little notification to the realtor would be appreciated. "Excuse but before I buy this house I need to knuckle one out...you can watch if you like."
