A: Because the barb had, already, passed through the flesh there are only 2 options: 1) Cut off the barb then draw the wire back out or 2) leave the barb on and rip it back through the flesh.
NOTE: Stock holders should always advocate for option 2 as it results in higher sales.

A: Even though this remark, while not a question, per se, we, once again, would take this opportunity to remind stock holders that if we're going to make any money out of this ad campaign, we need to sell CURITY BRAND SELF ADHESIVE WOUND DRESSINGS.

The girl on the skates deserved to fall - she's giving her friends the finger. Not very nice.

Anyone besides me creeped out by Nurse Curity's eyes?
It took me a moment to figure why, but it's because they're drawn in a completely different style from all the other characters.
More realistic and detailed, not the "Archie Comics" style eyes of the others.
Odd that the artist would do that...
