Why was this horse brought inside a house, if not just as a photo stunt?

The answer is here.

looks like that scene from Animal House where they put the horse in Dean Wormer's office and it dropped dead. I think that horse was white though. Maybe its a political picture of the dark horse candidate. :cheese:

Because, as everyone who knows anything about horses knows, when you show them the civilized life, they don't object to being objectified with ribbons.

I assumed he was auditioning for one of the running gags on "Phineas and Ferb"

Also .. "A horse is a horse, of course, of course, unless it's featured on WU"

I didn't notice the first time I saw it, but the horse in Wormer's office actually died of a heart attack when the gun (with blanks) went off. Then there were the carpenters, sawing out the door frame in the shape of a horse in the background while Wormer was chewing out the guys the next day.

"What are we going to do tonight, Brain?"

"The same thing we do every night, Pinky. Escort a horse into the drawing room and try to take over the world!"

That's great Greg! A Pinky and the Brain reference, outstanding.
I always thought they were getting ready to cut up the horse to get it out of the Dean's office.
