A "stale bread man" worked in a bakery and checked the number of bread returns.
A "Canadian bacon stuffer" worked in the meat-packing industry.
A "car whacker" lined freight cars with heavy paper to protect lumber from dust.
A "side splitter" worked in a slaughtering plant.
A "pulpit man" charged and discharged a furnace in a steel mill.
A "zooglar" loaded and unloaded sleds or drays used to skid logs in New England.

I couldn't even hazard a guess on this one. Thank goodness the cat skinner was not an accurate description of the job.

I really thought it was a list of on set television production positions,just goes to show you there's more than one way to be a Canadian Bacon Stuffer.

I knew what a cat skinner was because a friends grandpa did that as a young man.
Also knew pulpit man, as another friend's dad worked at Bethlehem steel.
As for the rest no idea!
