They're all names of colors of cloth used by dressmakers in Elizabethan England. The info comes from Penny Ladnier's page about cloth colors used throughout the 16th and early 17th century.

I thought for sure they were wines. I've tasted a few of those. Goose-Turd and Smoked Ox were a little too fruity for my palate.
