Did he really have the woman's license with him? I mean, he needed the credit card to buy a Dome Dog...but the license?
Of course the victim can't be too bright either. She left her car unlocked with her purse on the dash. tsk tsk.
Maj. Greg Elder, commander of the New Orleans Police Department's 3rd District said that he wouldn't even leave his car unlocked parked in front of the police station. I don't blame him with all the hookers walking up and down that street.

They'll punish a lazy kid in (where was it again?) Nigeria but I'd be willing to bet that kid will get off from doing any time.
