Geesh, getting a call from one of these guys would really stink.
This seems like a waste of money. Are phones the only thing they are concerned with confiscating from new inmates? Aren't there other things that they need to check up the bum for?

Dumbfounded - I thought the same thing. Now I know some things are stretchy... but stretchy enough for 21 cell phones???
