This would be a good thing for people with reoccuring nightmares. To help them take control and stop it. Cool idea.

i have this mask, slept with it for two months now, never noticed the lights in my dreams, not even at the brightest setting.
the fact that they sell this using the words REM, when in fact the mask doesnt have REM detection is kind of uncool
