Um . . . you do know that "Bologna is just hotdog pancakes" is an old meme, right? Google it if you don't believe me.
This is just thick-cut bologna, done with a coarse-tooth saw to leave ridges.
As for dog-shaped burgers: I accidentally 'invented' that many years ago. When cleaning my fridge, I moved a new package of hamburger into the freezer, then forgot to move it back. Next day, I wanted to fix something, but all I had was this slab of frozen hamburger. Not wanting to cook the whole thing at once, and not wanting to wait for it to thaw, I cut off 1/2" thick strips (backsaw). Worked great.
Since then, twice I've had hot dog buns but no hamburger buns, so I shaped the patties appropriately.
It's sort of neat, but I don't see it as being so popular that it could be marketed.

My kids really like pickle burgers... Wrap hamburger around a dill pickle spear & cook it as you would a hamburger. Scrumpious! Got yourself a hot dog shaped hamburger with the pickle built in!
