America's most optimistic litigator, D.C.'s Roy Pearson, filed yet another challenge to his continuing defeats to get the $54 million he thinks he deserves because a dry cleaner lost a pair of his pants. He was turned down by a panel of the District's highest court in December and is now asking for the entire court to reconsider the case. He may be able to avoid disbarment, but I can't imagine he has much client base.

Wasn't Pearson a Judge? And Let's keep this real peeps. there is only ONE (1) Dry Cleaner in the US of A that is Liable for a Cleaning Disaster- The Cleaner's that Handled Ms. Lewinski's Dress

Don't worry, they'll get him. It's a long process to disbar an attorney (but in this case, it should be easier because of all the factual evidence).
