Fritz, I have a copy of "Knockers Up" from my parent's leftover stuff. I haven't listened to in years, but I remember that Warren's thing was the shock value of the song titles, a bit of double entendre and not so much the songs themselves.
My copy is on a 33 1/3 RPM record. Yours must have been ancient.
