Good point big Gary..the article is a bit mis-leading. The cops were not near him at the time. They were in the process of looking for the guy when they came upon the moving truck as it pulled out and ran over the idiot(with a portion of one wheel). I live in Phoenix and wacthing the news here lately I'm thinkling we're on our way to being known as the A-State (right behind Florida) 😊

I know this may sound crazy, but lifting 50kg of human is a much more difficult not to mention more effective strength building task than lifting inert weights.
(those of you familiar w/ mrjazz will most likely be astounded to know I was also in competitive bodybuilding shape at one time,((my life is a complex and confusing story)) so I do have knowledge on this subject matter.
this practice actually makes quite a bit of sense.
