The Mayor of St. Anthony, Idaho, sounds a lot like my husband. He has declared everyone too stupid for him to work with.
I don't understand the whole "I'm suing because I'm clumsy" issue. What was she doing in the alley, anyway.

Supplementing her income? Urinating? A drug deal? Communing with her less well off constituents, perhaps?
