Speedfit Treadmobil
The Speedfit Treadmobil is either a brilliant idea or a completely stupid one. I'm leaning toward the latter.
Arguments in its favor: probably puts less stress on your knees than regular running, and you may be able to pick up some speed on flat surfaces.
Argument against it: You'll look like an idiot on it.

Take off 2 wheels, put on a few CCs of power, and ride it! Now, that's an idea.

Ok, its harder than normal running, more knee impact than bicycling, its bulky, and probably costs a lot of money. Where do I sign up?

Wahoo Dipthong -- Thanks for letting us know you're having trouble getting the site to load. I'm not aware of any problems with the site (it loads fine for me), but that doesn't mean there isn't something wrong.

Alex -- about twice a week I get a 400 Bad Request trying to load the site.
