Yummmmmm .... the Mrs. did pick up a 22lb turkey today and 3 pounds of bacon ... Got me thinking.

Yup. You'll wake up Friday AM to news casts from every corner of the US with list after list of names of those who died from over indulging in bacon!
Then, it will be discovered, by some savvy reporter, that P.E.T.A was behind the deaths in that they had actually spiked the bacon with deadly and undetectable chemicals.
The following day the CEO of P.E.T.A. will resign under a barrage of public opinion and condemnation. Whereupon sales of pork, and especially bacon, skyrocket hog farmers in every corner of the US into that rare 1% bracket which financial annalists predict will pull the country out of it's $17,000,000,000,000 debt if the trend continues into the new year!
Some weeks will go by and just before Christmas a rival news agency will find proof that the Hog Farmers of America were actually behind the plot and framed P.E.T.A! Sales of pork, and especially bacon, drop off to almost nothing. Those once 1%ers now face federal charges of conspiracy, mass murder, and domestic terrorism. P.E.T.A. becomes the darling of the people! There political stock rises and they use it to push through new federal regulations forbidding the sale of all meat products in the US!
END of CHAPTER ONE
Will the rednecks rise up in their millions at being denied meat?
Will the lily livered tree hugging PETAites fend off the revolt?
All will be revealed in our up coming chapters!
