Fun, Finnish style!
The women are looking up, but two of the men are looking down at the feet of the gals in front of them.
My guess is either to make sure they are getting the steps right, or to make sure they do not step on the heel of the woman in front.
Confession: If I was in that line, I would be one of those men. 😊
