The Only Floating Zip Code in the USA

I worked in a building that had its own zip code. When it was built, it was so much bigger than any other building in the area, it apparently made sense for the Post Office to assign it that way.

"Gurney Seed & Nursery" in SD had their own Zip Code because of the huge volume of mail they received for two months of the year.
And just so you know . . . one of your links is to Business Insider. The only way for me to see their pages is to pay them $1 or turn off my anti-adware/anti-malware software (which it mis-detects as an ad-blocker).

Their are over 40 buildings in Manhattan that have their own zip code.
