Hay, Paul, what happened to the clips from the decades where women wore more exciting things to the beach, other than a tent?

The '30's clip had the right idea although it wasn't expressed in words - get those long muscles going for greatest calorie usage.

After that it looks like everybody just got lazy and expected machinery to do the job. My mother had a treadmill that made a great rack to hang clothes on for over twenty years. It eventually ended up in the garage. I was glad to take it away to the ironmonger after she died.

The '50's clip had a line in there that made the greatest sense - "Don't eat more calories than you use." The rest of it was just bunk.

The 'good old days' may have been back when we were hunters and gatherers. We didn't have 'Pseudo Experts'!

Well, you'd have to become a professional dancer or marry a pianist. And remember, pianists do it wi their fingers!
