Apparently, he roughed her up; she filed a domestic violence complaint; and she called his employer, demanding that they come and pick up all the "work equipment" he'd been storing at home. Your terminology is incorrect here, Chuck. One does not embezzled goodies when in the Navy one appropriates them for later cumshaw. This is, in fact, about the only way you can keep a large gray ship afloat.

In that case Expat "midnight requisitions" are nothing like cumshaw.
"midnight requisitions" are just plain theft to help keep your equipment running smoothly while the company you stole it from will be scratching their heads the next day wondering what in the hell happened to the item you stole because it was there yesterday.
