KKK in a box - I haven't looked into the subject or anything, but last I checked they're generally better athletes than us pale folk so it would stand to reason that they have naturally BETTER lung capacity.

Not necessarily true Jules. Black people tend to have longer muscles which may (I don't know for sure) help the muscles work more efficiently, meaning they may get more work done with less effort.

Yes, clearly the "fact" that blacks have only 97% the lung capacity of any white man anywhere was taken into account specifically when they designed the breathalyser. Jackass.
