Cannibal Tourism

Imagine if they had accepted. First, the cannibals ask for fresh corpses from the morgue, then they put an ad asking for volunteers, then they take orders from the local gangs and host dinner parties for tourists. Soon after they supplement their income with a plastic surgery clinic and chicharron factory, and they end up buying the local police and sponsoring the "save the environment, reduce human population" movement.
