While I understand that smoking Winstons killed off the cave men I don't get the reference to Sponge Bob. What's up with that?

Expat--I was just trying to imagine, in my crude way, that today's advertising landscape included similar cigarette commercials by a popular cartoon character.

that was back when cigarettes were good for you. before all the pesky scientific evidence screwed it up for everybody.(or at least the tabacco companies)
