I'd like to build one, but I think I'd have a hard time finding a "10 horsepower motorcar engine."

We all should build one. After all, they haven't given us the flying cars we were promised.

The smallest ultralight aircraft engines I found on a quick look are in the 25-30 HP range. Some are even electric motors. I'm not sure the Flea's airframe could handle the stress.
